Greetings, I bought a off plan villa from a...
Greetings, I bought a off plan villa from a developer in Dubai. After completion I found there is serious AC noise issue in the living room due to fault in design and installation. The tenant is disturbed and complaining and would vacate the unit. I raised the issue with the developer many times but they have not taken any action to resolve the issue. Can I take any legal action against the developer ?

We would like to inform you that if there is mistake in the design and you informed the developer about that to fix it and he didn’t respond, then you can go to the nearest police office and explain the details and call him and force him to fix the problem, and the law will force he to amend that, if the contract states another, and they will determine the authority to go to remove the dispute.

I am not satisfied with the answer. There should be another authority to deal with issues related to Realestate Development.
