It should be noted that after reviewing your inquiry and legal scrutiny we would like to inform you that according to the UAE Cyber Crimes Law, this is considered crime and the law punish for that. If you have proof of the fraud then you can go to the prosecution and the cyber crime department and file a complaint. As article 10 states that the criminal case will be stopped unless there is criminal complaint, so you have to follow the legal procedures and file a complaint in the prosecution as the below article states:
Article (399)
Detention or a tine shall be imposed upon any one who seizes, for himself or for another, a movable property, or obtains a document or signature thereon, cancellation or destruction thereof or amendment thereto by fraudulent means, or by assuming a false name or capacity, where such an act leads to deception of a victim and leads him to surrender. The same punishment shall apply to anyone who disposes of real estate or movable property knowing that such a property is not owned by him or that he has no right to dispose thereof, or if he disposes of a thing knowing that it has been previously disposed of or contracted upon, provided that such acts cause damage to a third party.
The punishment is for 2 years or by paying fine not more of 10.000 AED.
You can file civil case to claim for the paid money plus compensation for any damage happened to you. We advise you to take the criminal court judgment when you file the civil case as a proof.
