We would like to inform you that if you reside in UAE and booked a flight ticket via skyscanner and the ticket is not issued yet and an amount was deducted from your balance, then you can send legal warning and explain the book process and the deduct from the balance. The warning is for issuing the ticket or refund the deducted amount from your account during determined period for a week. Otherwise, you can go to the court and file a case against the company and claim for your money and they shall pay the fees of the lawyer if you hired a lawyer for the case.
