Since yesterday i noticed a yellowish substance coming out from my penis even at the moment and the head of my penis is paining me and everytime it makes me want to pee and again, i feel pains whenever i am peeing, what is the cause and what solution can i get, because i have been uncomfortable since yesterday morning
