We would like to inform you that according to the UAE Labor Law, if there is contract then the employer and worker shall comply with its terms and conditions as below article states:
Article (36):
The contract determines the date of signing it and the start date and its type and period and the wage.
Therefore, if the employer didn’t comply with the contract then it is legal violation and you can file a complaint in the labor office and prove the violation and ask for the deduct which done without legal reason and you can leave the work. ‘
Article (121):
A worker may leave work without notice in one of the following cases:
1- If the employer violates his obligations before the worker in the articles stipulated in the contract or the law.
2- If the employer or his legal representative signs an assault on the worker.
You may be granted the permit to change the employer without NOC by the Ministry and will kepp all your labor rights.
