However, regarding to your inquiry, you will need to check with the Kenyan Embassy for jurisdiction as well as submit the following documents regarding the renewal of the passport or the issuance of a new copy.
1- Passport and photocopy of the passport to be renewed
2 - Residence
3- Birth certificate
4- Qatari Identity Card and a copy thereof
5 - A copy of the educational qualifications certified to register the profession on the passport
As for the fees and cost is the competence of the embassy
