We would like to inform you that if you want to complete the divorce procedures and you want to divorce your wife, then the procedures are as below:

- Review the Shari'a court in the emirate where you reside, provided that the wife and the wife come together to the seat of the Shari'a court if the spouses or at least a Muslim husband

- Check with the Embassy of the husband and wife state also with the presence of husband and wife together.

- If the husband or wife refuses to complete the divorce proceedings, a lawyer from the state where the other party who refuses to complete the marriage must be hired in order to provide legal assistance to complete the divorce proceedings.
The following documents must be submitted:

1-   The passport of the husband and wife.

2-   Marriage contract.

3 - The presence of the couple together.
