Our company is deploying us as nurses even without QCHP License. What should I do?

I pass prometric exam last May. And my employer said that my dataflow can't verify my work experience in my country. So I don't have QCHP License but they are already forcing me to be on duty.

We would like to advise you not to complete the work without license to avoid any legal problem both you and the employer and ban you from working in UAE. After that you can file a complaint against the employer to terminate the work legally in any labor office such as “Tasheel” which belongs to the Ministry of Labor.
