Hi sir. I am 32 years old. I am a football player. Now i have a problem in the hips joint. I cannot move the legs to the outside due to hips pain. Sir i used alot of pain killer tablets . Because my knee was broken in 2013. Due to pain i used pain killer.
Sir what should i do now.
