- If the father is a resident of the State and has the conditions of guaranteeing the children, the mother is not allowed to guarantee the children.
- The profession of the sponsor is one of the professions that allow him to sponsor other than (the workers category and the like or the auxiliary groups).
If the sponsor works in the private sector, he is required to provide the following documents:
- A work contract issued by the Ministry of Labor approved by them and certified by the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs.
- The salary should not be less than 4000 dirhams or 3000 dirhams + housing.
If the sponsor is a partner in a commercial license, the establishment contract must be submitted, provided that it is not less than 48000
If the sponsor is an investor, he must bring a service agent contract
A copy of the receipt of the amount of the financial guarantee of the partner or investor
If the sponsor is an investor in the housing units, only attach a copy of his residence.
Original and copy of the marriage contract when the wife's sponsorship is certified by the Embassy of the UAE in the sponsor country and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the UAE.
Birth certificate to ensure children.
