We would like to inform you that Visa documents of the Netherlands 2019:

Fill in the Schengen Visa Application Form
Two photographs same as the passport and they must be recent and have a white background;
The travel document or passport is valid for at least 3 months after returning from the Netherlands. This passport must contain at least two blank pages;
Copies of previous visas if the person has previously traveled on this passport;
Medical insurance valid for the length of travel to the Netherlands until return;
A letter explaining the purpose of your travel to the Netherlands and you must explain what you want to know in detail (what are you going to do in the Netherlands and where are you going to visit? How much time will you spend there…);
Round-trip ticket booking (preferably not to buy the ticket before obtaining a visa and only booking);
Hotel booking;
Proof of the civil status of the person (marriage contract, birth certificate of children if married…);
Physical proof of affordability;
Payment of visa fee of € 60 for children over the age of 12 and € 35 for children between 6 and 11 years of age and free of charge for those under the age of six.
 
1- For workers:
Workers and employees must submit the following documents:
Employment contract;
Bank statement for the last 6 months;
A certificate of approval from the employer or a letter from the employer;
Certificate of payment of withholding taxes (ITR);
Prove enrollment in social security

2_ For workers in their own account:
If a person is not employed, but has his or her own project, he or she must provide the following documents:
A copy of the work or project license;
Statement of project or investment account for the last 6 months;
ITR income tax;
 
3_ For retired persons:
Persons who have reached retirement age and wish to obtain a visa for the Netherlands must submit the following documents:
Proof of pension for the last 6 months;
Prove the physical ability to spend the length of the trip;

It is important to contact the Dutch consulate or embassy in your country before submitting the file, so that you may find additional information that changes from time to time. If your country does not have any diplomatic representation in the Kingdom of the Netherlands, you can go to the nearest Dutch embassy or consulate in the country near your country.
