•  I think you should do ultrasound to the site of operation 
• by ultrasound, the cause can be determined 

causes:

• hematoma
• fat necrosis 
• abcess
• seroma

diagnosis:

• physical exam
• ultraound is the exam of choice 

treatment:

• treat the cause
• most are aspirated under giudance of ultrasound 
• antiboitic in case of infection
