Dear sir / madam I put labour case on company and judgment came also execution file opend and I requested through adheed center to ministry of labour to get money from bank guarantee. And they approved money since 2month bank from bank guarantee. But I have some doubt court says you will get the money. I am totally confused. I have some few questions. 1. That company close already. Which I worked.2. if company declared in court or company goes bankrupt employees can get money from bank guarantee through Dubai court. I am waiting your positive answers
