I have pain in my testicle

 
  The 2 most common causes for pain in testes in men are 

inflammation in testes which is called Orchitis or epidydemoorchitis
 Varicocele engorgement of testicular veins
Treatment
In case of Inflammation you can take Ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice daily for 1 week
In case of varicocele you need to wear comfortable underwear-not tight-and put cold water on your testes for 5 minutes
If pain continues due to varicocele for more than 1 month you may need a surgery

CBC
Symptoms
In case of Inflammation you would feel pain with micturation, yretheral discharge and burning sensation. Also the pain
is acute and testes are painful when you touch it

In case of Varicocele the pain is dull and is more pronunced  when there is sexual excitement
