The worker's passport is legally prohibited by law. There are decisions issued by the Ministry of the Interior preventing the sponsor from booking the employee's passport except by a court order. If this happens, we advise you to bring an urgent case before the urgent judge to request that the company be required to hand over the employee's passport. The company does not have the right to hold the passport because it is a criminal by law and is considered an arbitrary act
