We would like to inform you that you have to know that your friend has the right to get sick leave for 30 days till he is fine.

If he can’t work even after 30 days then the contract may be terminated and the worker will be returned to his country on the expense of the employer if the probation period is finished. If the probation period is not finished yet, then the worker shall be returned to his country on the expenses of the recruitment office.
