General conditions for applying for a driving license in Qatar:

- The applicant must be resident in Qatar.

- The applicant must be at least 18 years old to drive a light vehicle or motorcycle and 21 years for heavy vehicles.

- Pass the driving test

You can apply for a Qatari driving license in an easy way by printing the application form in Arabic, filling it and submitting it with a number of documents at the General Directorate of Traffic in the city of Khalifa from 7 am to 11 am and from 4 pm to 7 pm on weekdays except Friday.

Conditions for applying for a non-Qatari driving license

- Reaching the legal age.

- The identity card or passport and two copies thereof.

- Copy of the sponsor's ID.

- A letter from the sponsor agreeing to obtain a driving license.

- 3 colorful selfies.
