We would like to inform you that Sponsor in America and what are the benefits of its quality:

Is a legitimate person located on American soil, whether a relative or a foreigner who pledges to the organization to ensure the sponsor in accordance with certain points to be agreed upon when signing the sponsorship between the parties

- His presence in the United States must be a legitimate owner (Social Security and I-94) and located in the city where the sponsored person will go.

- The sponsor is not required to have a nationality or permanent residence (Crane Card)

- Does not require that the relatives of the first or second degree any person on the US territory legally was Arab or foreign can pledge bail.

There are two types of sponsorship and each organization has a formula that differs formally from another organization but does not differ in terms of content:

1- Moral or Guiding Guarantee:

It is the guarantee that the sponsor undertakes to the organization that he helps the refugee by giving him general guidance or information about life in America such as places of shopping and transportation means and explain to him the procedures to be done after arrival and other information needed by the sponsored upon arrival or that the sponsor goes with the employee of the organization to receive the sponsored at the airport and take him to his residence to raise morale.

2. Material Guarantee:

It means the assistance provided by the sponsor to the sponsored person, which costs him financial expenses, even if they are simple, such as:

Hosting him at home until he moves to a suitable accommodation, providing food, furnishing furniture or clothes, delivering it to shopping places, registering children in schools, taking him to present documents (social security, food stamp and Medicaid), and enrolling adults in English language institutes and other things.

Sponsor Benefit:

1 - determines the place where the sponsored wants to live and live (state and city).

2 - helps the sponsored by giving him information or answers to any question that comes in the mind of the sponsored in the first days of arrival

3. Assists in providing the services he needs after arrival

4-helps in finding a safe accommodation and a good place to be guaranteed in case (physical sponsorship)

5-Assists the sponsored in the freedom to dispose of the money granted to him by the organization however he wants in the event of (physical sponsorship)

I will add some important notes please pay attention to:

1-The sponsor can choose any point he wishes to make towards the sponsored through these two types of sponsorship or rather on any point mentioned in the annex below, even if one point

2 - The presence or absence of the sponsor has no role in accepting or rejecting the case and expediting or slowing it down

3 - Contact the sponsor a routine formality such as medical examination and fingerprints or cultural session does not mean that the sponsorship sign that the security approval has been issued

4. The sponsor can guarantee more than one person at a time
5. The sponsor may change the sponsoring agency to the refugee before signing the contract to another agency

Here is a summary of some of the actions taken between IOM and the sponsoring organization in America and the sponsor:

Shortly and sometimes long after the file is approved by the juror, the IOM sends the information to the IOM in Washington and one of these information is to identify the mandate or contact the sponsor. This organization, in turn, addresses an NGO or humanitarian agency funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the purpose of caring for the refugee and providing assistance to him upon arrival and this organization or agency sends a notice to one of its branches in the city where the sponsor is located for the purpose of completing the sponsorship procedures by contacting the sponsor to know his willingness to sponsor and what can be offered to the refugee upon arrival in the United States then the agency sends the agreed contract to its headquarters and the other sends a notice to the IOM in Washington agreeing to embrace the refugee in the state and city to be resigned and in practice, it does not carry out any preparatory or actual procedure, such as renting an apartment or dwelling and equipping it with the necessary furniture and supplies when it arrives, only after a new notice from the IOM informs them that the refugee has completed all the procedures and provide them with the names and the number of people and the route of the journey and the date and time of arrival to the agency in turn to tell the sponsor about the time of arrival of the sponsored and prepares all the preparations needed by the refugee upon arrival from the rent of accommodation and furnishing furniture and food and these preparations are the day before the arrival of the refugee, so we see that there is a discrepancy in the duration between the sponsor's signature and the date of travel may be a short period or a long period we do not know sometimes and some of them for a year and the reason for this discrepancy at the time of the issuance of security approval.
