Welcome
Dear customer, to connect bluetooth headset  you will need to use a usb bluetooth to be able to connect the device to your pc 

then to connect to a bluetooth device click on windows icon then click on Settings

then click on Devices

then click on Bluetooth then switch it on

then click on then device name then click on Pair
