I would like to get licence for starting project ....
I would like to get licence for starting project . It is called DMIT test whereby by taking finger prints of children we can generate a report using a software. This report can be used for career guidance for children as well as we can determine the strengths and weakness of a child and can rectify through counselling .. there are lot more things we can do using this report

Presently I am staying at Nizwa. Oman

No .. nothing .. I don't know which ministry to approach for this..
