We would like to inform you that if your inquiry related to the fact that a staff member is talking about the company badly, which is his last working day, the following information:
The fact that an employee speaks improperly about the company gives the employer the right to transfer the worker for investigation as long as this has happened during the working hours on the last working day of the employee with the appropriate penalty in accordance with the rules of internal sanctions. If this happens after the working hours have ended, a complaint may be filed with the Police Center against this worker related to defamation of the company as the abuse against the employer is also an offense
Here is the text of the UAE Labor Law which is related to your inquiry

Article 102

The disciplinary measures that an employer or his representative may impose on the workers shall be as follows:

1. Warning.
2. Fine.
3. Suspension from work with reduced pay for a period not to exceed 10 days.
4. Denial or deferment of periodical allowance, in firms applying such a scheme.
5. Denial of promotion, in establishments applying a promotion scheme.
6. Dismissal without prejudice to severance pay.
7. Dismissal with denial of all or part of the severance pay. This penalty may not be imposed for reasons other than those exclusively specified in Article 120 hereof.
