I resign on 7th n my company relive me on next day

We would like to inform you that even your question is not clear enough, we want to clarify that if your question is related with the resignation and the release you in the next day and you asked for emergency leave, then check the legal information:
The UAE Law doesn’t state any article about the worker right to get leaves for emergency. But the worker has the right to get sick leaves, annual leaves, national or religious holidays.
Note that the annual leave requires the approval from the employer.
If you resigned from the work legally and the employer accepted that without any objection, then you can leave the country after getting your financial dues.
UAE Labor Law states the below:

 Article 74

 Each worker shall be entitled to leave with full pay on the following occasions:

1. New Year's Day (Higra): one day.
2. New Year's Day (Gregorian): one day.
3. Eid Al Fitr: two days.
4. Eid Al Adha: three days.
5. Birthday of Prophet Mohammed: one day.
6. Al Isra and Al Mi’raj: one day;
7. National Day: one day.

Article 75

A worker shall, for each year of service, be entitled to an annual leave of not less than:

1. Two days a month, where the worker’s period of service is more than six months but less than one year.
2. 30 days a year, where the worker’s period of service is more than one year.

Where a worker's service is terminated, he shall be entitled to annual leave in respect of fractions of the last year.

Article 76

The employer may fix the date of commencement of annual leave and, if necessary, divide such leave into not more than two periods. However, the leave division provision shall not apply to leaves of child workers.
