I want to meet my friend in phiilpne

We would like to inform you that if your friend resides in Philippine and you want to meet him in Qatar then you have to send invitation letter to him. Once he get the letter then he can go to Qatar embassy and apply to get visa and attach the below documents :
1) Copy of a valid passport for at least six months 
2) Two photographs with the same specifications of passport photo with white background for each
3) booking flight
4)Booked in a hotel 
5)Bank Statement 
6)A copy of the invitation letter sent to you by a relative
