We would like to inform you that in the event that you reside in Qatar and you want to marry, you must note that the Shari'a court is not the competent authority of this marriage and it is possible to complete the marriage at the church or the embassy of your countries, but the following conditions must be met:
- Valid passport of the spouses
- Residence
- Medical certificate which proves that you are free of diseases and the suitability for marriage.
- NOC of the wife for marriage through the embassy of her country and apply there to issue the NOC.
- The wife’s certificate of social status which proves that she has never been married before or, widow, divorced or single.
And then ratifying the marriage deed by the court and the legal representative of the court, and ratifying it through the Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs and your embassies
