We would like to inform you that if your father's name is not registered or included in your birth certificate because there is no recognition of son ship by your dead father, you shall hire a lawyer who takes the proceedings at the court to prove the descent to your father. This requires to provide the marriage contract to your deceased father as well as a copy of the QID as well as the birth certificate of the mother and notification of birth for the purposes of applying it at the court to obtain an order for proving descent and extracted a birth certificate by a court ruling containing your name and your father's name
