The sponsor shall file a complaint about the worker's absconding if the domestic worker is absent and the sponsor does not know his whereabouts. The worker shall refer to the competent authorities in order to provide evidence that he has not escaped or left the job and the absence from work is due to satisfactory reasons with submitting the necessary documents. So the absconding report will be canceled if the worker could prove his statements and the sponsor's complaint is not valid. The visa is not cancelled and a ban is imposed against the worker unless there is insufficient evidence of the validity of the absconding report.
