If your inquiry relates to the fact the employer refuses paying the workers' dues and starting the visa cancellation procedure after the employment contract expires, the workers can file a complaint at the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation against the employer in order to receive their dues. The workers can also file an additional complaint at the General Directorate of Residence. The police station can also be reviewed in order to file a complaint because workers' passports have been withheld and not returned without legal reason.
