We would like to inform you that referring to the Qatari Labor Law regulating the nature of the contractual relationship between the worker and the employer, regard to termination of employment by resignation and obtaining the end of service gratuity.
The settlement shall be paid within ten days from the date of expiry of the work, unless it is agreed to pay them during the work and at the last days and there is nothing to prevent, you can get the last work salary and according to the duration of the contract that it can be claimed, otherwise you have the right to complain at the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs
