We would like to inform you that for the bounced cheque, it can be finished by paying the prescribed fine which is approx. 2500 to 3000 AED, which is known as the criminal order that came into effect to replace the penalty of imprisonment by paying the fine. Then the cheque owner can file civil case to ask to install the amount according to your financial ability.
For the rent and non-payment, there are legal assets to be followed, which is to go to court by the real estate agent or the owner of the apartment and therefore may not evacuate the property or room where you live through the dealer during your presence in it, so you can go to the nearest police station and submit a report in the real estate agent to bear his legal responsibilities for the act if it is considered contrary to the law.
For the settlement, you can file a labor complaint in the labor office as it was legal termination with notice period and you still on the work till the period finished. Therefore, the employer is obliged to pay the reward, but it is not permissible to deprive you of it.
We advise you to go immediately and file a case against the employer to avoid losing your legal right, as the labor case will not be agreed after passing one year without filing a case according to the below article :

No claim for any rights arising under the provisions of this law after the lapse of one year from the date of entitlement as if the case does not accept the procedures provided did not follow in this Article

Originally, the payment should be made by you, but the procedures will not be until after a court ruling has obliged you to pay the rent. You can apply for an installment for the amount you owe through an installment application submitted before the court that is considering the rental dispute.

In the event of a failure to appear in court, in some cases the court adjourns the case or action with a re-notification and if you have been notified, the trial may be attended by you even if you are absent therefore, you should review the court in any case and know the decision of the court, which is with you are legal guidance because of the discretion of the court in the postponement or consideration with the confirmation of your notification.
