The required documents are:
-License Form.
-Brand certificate.
-Copy of passport and national identity card for UAE nationals.
-NOC certificate from the applicant, a copy of the passport, visa or residency and an -identity card for expatriates.
-Technical Evaluation Report.
-Official approvals, if any
-Partnership contract (certified by a notary public).
-Approval of the Ministry of Economy.
-Approval of legal affairs.
-Certified copy of the lease.
