We would like to inform you that In order to be able to process and treat a marriage in America, a person must meet the following conditions:

 

- Be an adult of 18 years of age;

- The applicant must be a US citizen or a Green Card;

- He must have been between one and two years since his last marriage;

- his annual income should not be less than US $ 20,000 per year;

- Marriage procedures begin outside the United States through one of the parties to submit a request at the US Embassy and completed in America under the following conditions

 

* Submit the application after filling the marriage contract form;

* A check of $ 420;

*After two or three weeks you will receive a letter from the US Immigration Office informing you that they have received the application;

* After 5 months you will be notified of your approval or rejection;

 

If your application is approved, you will be notified of the fees to be paid within a month and will conduct a search of both parties to find out their respective CVs in order to obtain sufficient information about them but if your application is not approved, you will be given two months to complete the necessary documents and If the confidential search is conducted and the person has no criminal record and is not forbidden to enter the United States, the US Immigration Office will send the file to the Consulate and then obtain a marriage visa to complete the marriage process in the US Department of Justice.
