We would like to inform you that the UAE labor law gave the employer the right to terminate the services of the worker during the probation period without warning and without end of service benefits. The law did not provide for non-payment of the expenses of the return of work to his country and therefore if the employer terminated your services during the probation period, the employer is the one who bears the expenses of your return to your country based on the principle of 'all damages to the other parties requires compensation'. 

Article (37) from The UAE Labor Law:
The worker may be appointed under probation for a period not exceeding six months and the employer may dispense with the services of the worker during this period without warning and without end of service reward. The worker may not be appointed. Under experience more than once with one employer, and if the worker successfully passed the period of the experiment and continued to work, the period of service shall be calculated.
