According to the UAE Labor Law, there is no provision that allows a worker to take an emergency leave, and the employer's consent must be obtained. It is advised to negotiate with the employer in order to obtain written consent to travel to India on an emergency leave provided that the employer sets the date of the beginning and end of the leave.
