Can I go on final exit when have a loan in kuwait

We would like to inform you that if you have a loan and want to leave Kuwait forever, then you have to settle your legal situation to avoid any legal problem.

We advise you to contact the bank and as the below procedures:

1-      Apply for settlement to the bank.

2-      Or, apply to reschedule the debt.

3-      Or, transfer the debt to another bank.

After that you can leave Kuwait forever, and you have to pay the loan installments according to the procedures you agreed with the bank.

We would like to inform you that if you want to get out and return, there is no legal problem, but you must return before the due date of the payment to be given to the bank because if you are late in payment, the bank can generalize you and arrest you when you enter Kuwait again
