You can obtain an Italian visa from qatar by applying to one of the visa granting centers accredited by the Italian Embassy(ckgs
and filling out the application form with the following documents:
Valid passport for at least 3 months
Personal photos
Copy of ID
A copy of valid residence 
Copies of the Schengen visa
A letter from the employer stating the salary and the applicant's data
Letter from the Commercial Register to business owners
A current bank statement of at least 500 dinars
booking tickets for going and return
Travel insurance covers the duration of the trip
After that, the application will be considered by the competent authorities of the embassy and the visa will be granted upon completion of the required documents
