Pls a friend is suppose to go for visa change but...

We would like to inform you that is you lose your passport, especially that the visa is on the passport, you have to go to the nearest police office and report about the loss of the passport, they will give you a signed report of the loss, then take it to the embassy of your country and ask to get new passport instead of the lost one, and you have to submit the personal proofs to get new passport, then go to the Immigration and Residence to transfer the visa data on the new passport.
