To immigrate to Canada you have to do the following:

Apply for an immigration at the Canadian embassy in you residence place or visit the embassy's website in order to download the application and fill it. Keep in mind that, if your application is denied, you are not going to take back the fees, while you have to pay the fees of the permanent residence for those who are more than 19 years old. 

You have to send the application and the required documents to one of the Canadian offices. Sometimes, they call you for an interview or asking for more information.

If your application is accepted, and you are selected, you will get the visa. Then, the embassy will follow the procedures of reviewing the application, as they focus on the security and health insurances. This will requires you to undergo the medical test and the record of good conduct.

In case you have a profession and you have experience, you will have to provide documents show your skills and experience. Keep in mind that a profession will strengthen you application.

• The skilful labourers. There are many conditions:

• A capacity of speaking French & English. The applicant must pass the level 7 from the authorized Language levels in Canada
• A sufficient money for the living expenses and these money vary in accordance with the members (From 12k to 30k Canadian dollar)

Keep in mind that the fees vary according to the number of family members, which is between 12k Canadian dollar

There is another program:

The program of skilful professions.

The conditions are:

• Two years experience in one of the following jobs: Electricity, Construction, Industry, Repairing, Natural Elements, Cooking, Butchery, Baking.
• A capacity of speaking French & English. The applicant must pass the level 7 from the authorized Language levels in Canada.

There is a third program which relates to the Canadian experience

The conditions:

• A year of experience in Canada. The years of studying at Canada are excluded. The applicant's work in Canada must have been a full time job. It means in the Canadian system of labor, a level of A or B
• A capacity of speaking French & English. The applicant must pass the level 7 from the authorized Language levels in Canada.
