We would like to inform you that Referring to the UAE Labor Law regulating the provisions of the nature of the contractual relationship between the worker and the employer, the employer shall not have the right to change the name of the profession and work agreed upon in the contract and the applicant, especially as the law stipulates in Article (36):
Article (36):
that the contract determines the date of signing it and the start date and its type and period and the wage.
Therefore, if the work contract is agreed on the profession and work, it may not be changed unless otherwise agreed and the agreement is in writing
