We would like to inform you that according to the UAE Labor Law with regard to wages, the law provided legal protection in the text of Article (56), which stipulated that workers hired annual or monthly wages are paid at least once a month and all other workers are paid at least once every two weeks and therefore in case of violation can be addressed to the complaint However, in case of any indebtedness of the worker to the employer, the salary may be deducted from the salary in accordance with the provisions of Article (135).
Otherwise it is illegal.
Article (60)
No amount may be deducted from the wage of the worker for special rights except in the following cases:
(A) The recovery of advances or amounts paid to the worker in excess of his entitlement, provided that such deductions in this case shall not exceed ten percent of the periodic wage of the worker.
(B) The premiums that workers must legally pay from their wages, such as social security systems and insurances.
(C) Worker's contributions to the Provident Fund or advances to the Fund.

(F) Any debt collected for the execution of a judicial decision, provided that the deduction for the execution of the judgment shall not exceed one quarter of the remuneration
Payable to the Worker If there are multiple debts or multiple creditors, the upper limit shall be deemed to be half the wage.
Article (61)
If the worker causes, damages or destroys tools, machines, products or materials owned by the employer or is in the custody of the employer, and this is due to the employee's mistake or violation of the employer's instructions, the employer may deduct from the wage the worker the amount necessary to repair or reinstate the situation. The employer may request the competent court, through the competent labor department, to allow him to deduct more than that if the worker has money or other resources.
