We would like to inform you that according to the Qatari Labor Law as well as the law of residence, in case of leaving from the State and after leaving the work, he may not be able to return only for a year and this is stipulated in the last paragraph of the text of Article (21).
But the previous employer can apply for his visa and it is not problematic, especially since he has NOC from the employer to leave and this means there is no ban because of any report submitted by the employer
