I'm looking for a probono lawyer to represent me...
I'm looking for a probono lawyer to represent me in a defaulted loan civil case. Dubai courts ordered me to pay 209,306 dhs of an initial 250,000 - which I physically paid 104, 418 dhs but 209,306 ordered probably's interest. The verdict came out while incarcerated in AD for a different case & couldn't attend hearings in Dubai, ask for removal of interests etc. I presume judge took (non-attendance) as verdict in absence. I wasn't informed by the bank of any court hearings or procedures or there was a verdict on me. I'm receiving social affairs assistance by MOCD + medical attestation from Medical board at Al-Amal hospital my inability to work from deteriorated mental health condition. I've currently applied for an appeal on the 23rd July, this month (July 23, 2019). Looking for a probono lawyer to represent me.
