We would like to inform that If you mean the legal legislations relating to dimensions, they are as follows:

First: judicial dimensions:

provisions of Article 121 of the Federal Penal Law of 1987, judicial redress in felonies and misdemeanors shall be judicial proceedings for a period of five years.

As for the manner of annulment of the judgment in the judicial dimension, it must be challenged by way of opposition if the judgment is in my absence or by appeal, if the judgment is in my presence or by way of cassation, if the appeal has been appealed by the Court. If all the legal means to challenge this ruling have been exhausted, you must submit a mercy request to remove the name from the lists of deportees and obtain permission from the competent authorities to allow access again.

Administrative dimensions:

Article (86) of the Executive Regulation of Federal Law No. (6) of 1973 regarding the entry and residence of foreigners and these cases are:

A) If he is sentenced and the court orders in his judgment to deport him.

B) If he does not have a visible means of living.

C) If the security authorities believe that his deportation is called for by the public interest, public security or public morals.

Thus, the administrative dimensions, which include moral issues, gambling, and attacks on lives and others, which fall under the name of community security, especially drug issues.

The administrative dimensions shall be removed through an authorization to be submitted to the Minister of the Interior, where Article 91 of the Law stipulates:

Article 91:

A foreigner who has been expelled from the country, in regard to article 23 from the law, refer that he can’t enter the country unless he has a permission from the Minister of Interior, in accordance to article 28 from the law.

 Article 92

1. The application for special permits referred to in Article 91 of this Regulation shall be submitted to the Naturalization and Residency Administration, which is competent to receive an application for a permit or visa, provided that the application includes all data relating to the previous residence or residence in the country and reasons for deportation and the circumstances that followed. To enter the country again, and attached to the request all the necessary documentation in this regard.

2. After completing the necessary procedures, the papers shall be submitted to the competent authority. The application for a visa or entry permit may only be decided upon after the issuance of such authorization
