Can i get birthcertificate and capacity to marry...

We would like you to know that if you live in Dubai and want to marry in the UAE, you can get a birth certificate and then marry at the Embassy of Nepal, whether from the Philippines or the UAE, provided that if it is obtained from the Philippines, it must be certified by the UAE Embassy in the Philippines.
