Hello l want to inquire, How soon can I transfer...

We would like to inform you that according to the Kuwaiti Residence Law, to transfer the private residence to governmental residence, then you have to pass not less than a year in serving the employer, also you have to get NOC from the sponsor. Note that, you have to provide the below documents when you review the Immigration Department:
· Original passport and a copy of it
· Previous work permit
· An official letter from the government agency stating its approval to transfer the worker
· A copy of the certificate of the percentage of national labor from the entity to be transferred
· Approval of the original signature of the employer in the private sector or the authorized signatory and a copy thereof
After that you have to go to the headquarters of the Civil Service Bureau to fill the request for transfer service.
