We would like to inform you that The sale and purchase procedures for real estate shall be completed in the Real Estate Registration Department. The presence of the seller and the buyer or his legal representative shall be required.

- Original ownership + original map.

- Identity card (seller and buyer), passport copy and family book.

- Clearance of electricity if the land is built.

- A clearance from the Landlords' Union if it is an apartment, a shop or a parking lot.

- The seller receives the sale amount (cash or check) as agreed.

- Seller and buyer sign the contract.
