My sponsor said yes, but even my passport is with him, i don't know if its true or not. I cannot even send money for my family u der my name.

I want to know what to do because even my sponsor cannot send money for me, so its a problem and he is asking me to pay even the commision of local person that he have to pay for my papers since he is not a local

We would like to inform you that according to the Domestic Law, the ID and the health insurance are linked with the visa. So if you didn’t get the ID and insurance then that mean there is no visa and the sponsor didn’t apply for it.
Therefore, we advise you to go to the Labor Office and explain the details and they will call the sponsor and search for facts. If the sponsor violation was proved, then you will get permit to leave the employer without NOC and you will get all your labor rights and the ministry will force the sponsor to pay for the maid.
