We would like to inform you that according to the Residence and Foreigner Law, if your sister overstayed for 2 months in UAE, then she will have fine per day of overstay and she has to pay the fine and leave the country to remover her name from the blacklist. As if she didn’t pay the fine may have sentence of imprisonment.
