It should be noted that after reviewing your inquiry and legal scrutiny we would like to inform you that

that's has been said, it must mention the notice period ranging from a minimum of one month to a maximum of three months.

Both parties can terminate the first contract or the renewed one provided he complies with the legal consequences of early termination which include:

1. notifying in writing between one month and three months before termination
2. you must honour the contract obligations for the rest of duration of the notice
3. concerning the compensation, to the level that was agreed to by both the parties in the contract, (not exceeding the equivalent of three months' gross wages).

1. if the term of the contract expires.
2. if mutually agree to end it.
3. if there's any of the violations mentioned under the Article 120 of the Labour Law.

Please consider that if you decide to resign during the probation period, you will get an automatic 6 months labour ban by MOL which means you are will be not allowed to work in a UAE-registered company for a period of 6 months

But recently that rule was updated, so wherein if you plan to resign, the labour ban can be cancelled or lifted as long as there is a mutual concentment between you and the employer

In other words, your employer have to approve your resignation
