We would like to inform you that if your inquiry is related to canceling the visa before paying the required traffic tickets from the RTA in the UAE, then you have to know that the person in charge of the visa cancellation procedure is the sponsor, and the sponsored can only do the visa cancellation procedure if he has a signature from the sponsor allowing him to do so.
Documents required to cancel the visa include:
The following documents must be attached and presented when applying for the cancellation of a residence visa at the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs:
Cancellation application form signed by the sponsor.
In case the sponsor is a company or establishment, the application shall include the signature and seal of the company, accompanied by a letter of clearance and the completion of the procedures by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation.
Original passport of the sponsored.
Original ID card of the sponsored.
There is no relationship between visa cancellation procedures and financial claims of the RTA.
