We would like to inform you that Referring to the Kuwaiti Labor Law regulating the nature of the contractual relationship between the worker and the sponsoring employer , if the employee want to change his work, he shall spent the service of the employer for a period of not less than one year and therefore if you want to change the employer and transfer of residence to a new employer, it requires first cancel the previous visa and obtain a no objection from the sponsor Note that if the conditions of transfer are met, the time taken to transfer the stay is 60 days This means that the procedure for obtaining the new visa takes this time without issuing the visa within 45 days to issue the Kuwaiti Civil ID card along with the visa.
